CrewCast aggregates public weather data and presents it with contractor-oriented guidance such as job-site scores and trade condition summaries. It is an informational tool.
Scores, badges, briefings, and trade recommendations are estimates derived from forecast data. They can be wrong, late, or incomplete. They do not replace: official National Weather Service warnings, OSHA requirements, local building code, manufacturer specifications, professional judgment, or on-site supervision. You are responsible for decisions made on your job site. See our Safety page.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features may change, break, or be removed. Data providers may be delayed or unavailable — the in-app freshness indicators show data age, but you should not rely on CrewCast being available or current at any given moment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewCast and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service — including property damage, project delays, lost profits, or personal injury connected to weather events or work decisions.
Don't abuse the service: no scraping at volumes that burden our data providers, no attempts to disrupt the service or access others' data, no reselling of the service's output as your own data feed.
Weather data comes from third-party and government providers described on the Data Sources page; their availability and accuracy are outside our control.
We may update these terms as the beta evolves; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
